Hi, I'm Leah! Thank you for stopping by and spending time in Luna's world!
For as long as I can remember, I have believed that some of life's greatest lessons are found in the simplest moments. A quiet walk on the beautiful beaches of Laguna Beach, the sound of the waves, or taking a deep breath to appreciate the beauty around us are all part of the journey.
As a trauma-informed yoga and meditation instructor, my goal has always been to help people, especially kids, discover calm, resilience, and connection. This inspired me to create a Laguna Beach story that gently introduces mindfulness for kids in a joyful, comforting, and wonder-filled way.
Luna is inspired by my real-life ragdoll cat, whose gentle spirit and curious heart remind me every day to slow down and notice life's little treasures. Together, we invite you to explore the magic of Laguna Beach and discover that sometimes the most meaningful adventures, like those in 'Luna in Laguna,' begin when we simply pause, breathe, and wonder.
